- comments: observed no cold water at hand washing sink in toilet room. Hot water measured at 131 f exceeding maximum temperature of 120 f. Instructed manager to restore cold water to sink. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c) citation issued

39. Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage & display
- comments: observed bulk items on floor in basement. Instructed manager to ensure all itmes are six inches off the floor. Manager moved items.
