- comments: observed interior food- and nonfood-contact surfaces of ice hopper at the bar area to be soield with dried food debris. No ice in hopper/not in-use at time of inspection. Instructed to clean food- and nonfood-contact surface of ice hoppers, bins, and machines at adequate frequency to prevent build up of dried food debris and other soils and maintain.
47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: observed handwashing sink at the warewashing areas and other food preparation areas with fixture sealing to wall in poor repair. Instructed to repair or replace handwashing sink wall seal/caulking and maintain all plumbing fixtures properly sealed to adjacent walls and other physical facilities to prevent seepage or spillage behind fixtures.

- comments: observed nonfood-contact surfaces (interior cavity) of coffee cooler to be soiled with dried food debris and dried liquid spills. Instructed to clean interior nonfood-contact surfaces of equipment at adequate frequency to prevent build up of dried food debris, dried liquid spills, and other soils and maintain.
