- comments: observed handwashing sink located inside womens and mens toile room located inside prep area not at required temperature. Noted temperature ranging between 55-68f. Instructed to provide hot water at least 100f and maintain for proper handwashing. Priority violation. 7-38-030 (c). No citation issued.

- comments: observed rear exit door leading to outside dumpster area not rodent proof. Instructed to enclose garp between door and floor to prevent pest entry.
54. Garbage & refuse properly disposed; facilities maintained
- comments: observed outside garbage can not maintained during time of inspection. Noted large filled black garbage bags spilling over the rim of the receptacle, lids not fitted tight as well as garbage bags stored along side of said can. Instructed to provide tight fitted lids and maintain receptacle at all times to prevent pest harborage. Priority foundation violation. 7-38-020 (b). No citaton issued.
