- comments: must not use plastic soda crates as a means of elevation for stored items. Floors must be accessible to clean and monitor.
49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: the counter at the front prep hand washing sink is in poor repair, blackened, moldy caulking. Must clean/replace ----shelving under the front counter/hot holding display case with dirt and debris. Must clean and maintain ----must not use cardboard or plastic wrap as liner for shelving at the dry food storage shelving.

- comments: exterior of the floor stand mixer with food debris. Must clean and maintain.

- comments: floors under the front counter/hot holding display case and behind the rear box freezer with dirt and debris. Must clean and maintain. ----- water-damaged ceiling tiles at the rear hand-washing sink. Must replace.
60. Previous core violation corrected
- comments: previous core violations from report #2560452 on 7-8-22 were not corrected. #44- observed cooking equipment(tongs) stored above the sprinkler at the three-compartment sink in the dishwashing area. Instructed to relocate said cooking equipment to avoid contamination. #47- observed unprotected wood surface in dry storage shelving unit. Instructed to make surfaces smooth and easily cleanable. #55- observed food debris build-up under the commercial mixer and pizza ovens. Instructed to clean and maintain said locations. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090 citation issued.
