- comments: observed black dirt/slime build up inside ice machine dripping into ice, ice used for human consumption. Instructed manager must clean and sanitize interior of ice machine. All ice voluntarily discarded at this time. Priority foundation 7-38-005.

49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: observed accumulated dust/food debris build up on ventilation hood filters. Must clean and maintain ventilation hood filters.
