- comments: observed openings at outer corners of revolving door. Instructed to seal all outer openings to prevent pest entrance.

- comments: observed rust on all shelves in walk in coolers #1 and #3. Instructed to remove rust or replace shelving units in walk in coolers #1 and #3. Non food contact surfaces of equipment shall be constructed of a corrosion resistant, nonabsorbent, and smooth material.
