- comments: previous priority foundation violation #54 not corrected from 6-20-24 report #2596602. 54- noted all outside waste receptacles overflowing with bagged food debris garbage and lids unable to close. Must remove all overflowing garbage and provide tight fitting lids. Priority violation 7-42-090 citation issued.
