I had a original with steak brown rice and. Pinto beans onions carrots teriyaki sauce salsa cheese. I ate half at work and the rest with a bag of chips I got from there for dinner. Luckily my two year old was sleep because he wouldve ate it to and as sick as I was it would been really bad for him. That next morning I was feeling very sick hot nauseous. Not even. Long at my job I ended up throwing up profusely. 3 times and was sent home I had a fever that night the next day I was woozy throwing up just awful the next day I had extreme diarrhea | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
