Additional information: Ordered food (Korean fried chicken - wings and drumsticks, rice, radish and coleslaw) via door dash at approximately 1:00pm last Thursday. I wasn’t feeling well the rest of the day. At 1:30am on Friday, I had extreme nausea, vomiting and diarrhea. The vomiting was so bad, it came out of my nose.
