Chicken Enchiladas Cause Illness - Border Grill Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas Nevada

6 years ago reported by user-xjwcd547 business

Border Grill Mandalay Bay, South Las Vegas Boulevard, Las Vegas, NV, USA

3950 South Las Vegas Boulevard, Las Vegas, 89119 Nevada, United States

We were a party of 6 on May 31. We got around 9 p.m. My boyfriend ordered the chicken enchiladas that were on the specials menu. No one else ordered that dish, and no one else got sick. We finished eating around 10 p.m. on the way back to the room my bf started to say he felt over-full and hot. We got back to the room shortly before 11 p.m. and he became violently ill. He had extreme stomach pain, nausea, chills and feeling hot. He vomited several times an hour until around 5 a.m. He was unable to keep water down during that period. Later that morning he was able to keep some fluids down. Saturday night he kept some Saltines and 2 bananas down. Sunday morning he felt much better and had two bland pastries from Starbucks. Thinking it was out of his system, he (foolishly in hindsight) had a slice of cheese pizza and a Dr. Pepper from the food court. This was around 5:30p.m. and 36 hours after the last time he vomited. He got back to our room around 6:15 and began vomiting again. He was unable to keep water down until 11 p.m. I made a report to their security on Saturday, June 1. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills
