- comments: observed bulk containers in the kitchen food prep area without a label. Instructed to provide the common name on all bulk containers to properly identify item (salt, sugar, flour etc).
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed evidence of pest activity on the premises. Approximately 25 rodent (rat) droppings on the steps and floor of the rear basement staircase and approximately 45 rodent (mice) droppings on the floor in rear 1st floor cluttered music rooms. Instructed to detail clean and sanitize and remove all rodent droppings from all affected areas. Additional pest control service is needed to eliminate the pest activity. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(a),citation issued.

- comments: observed stained cutting boards in the kitchen food prep areas. Instructed to resurface or replace the cutting boards and maintain.

- comments: instructed to detail clean tops/bottoms of prep tables,rolling utility carts, food storage containers,kitchen storage racks,interior and exterior of the freezer and prep coolers, stove and oven,and deep fryer also,storage shelfs behind the front service counters and maintain.

- comments: instructed to detail clean and organize rear utility mop sink room and remove unnecessary items/articles/equipments from basement storage areas due to potential pest harborage and elevate mops,brooms cleaning equipments off the floor at least 6" inches to facilitate cleaning.

- comments: instructed to remove peeling paint debris from section of ceiling in the dishwashing area and repair broken corners of wall tiles next to the 3-compartment sink area so that the wall and ceiling area is smooth,easily cleanable and maintain. Instructed to seal openings at corner area leading to the basement front staircase.

- comments: instructed to detail clean walls of the kitchen food prep area and bar area to remove food splashed debris and remove accumulation of grease/dust build-up on wall exhaust fan in the dishwashing area and maintain.
