Escargot, Chicken: Illness Strikes - Bouillon Chartier, Paris Île-de-France

We had dinner at the above restaurant on Jan 26 around 6:30pm.
We had the set menu(fish/potato, beef stew, apple sauce) and escargot and roasted chicken and baked apple with vanilla ice cream. My wife who had the escargot and chicken felt unwell around an hour after the meal and ended up vomiting around 2am with a low grade fever. We are both fully vaccinated against COVID with 4 Pfizer vaccines each.
The roasted chicken was hard and dry and lukewarm. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever
