- comments: observed no kit and procedure for responding to vomit and diarrhea on site at time of inspection. Left one pager and instructed to maintain procedure and kit with all necessary supplies including a sanitizer rated as effective against norovirus on site at all times. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005. No citation issued.

- comments: observed drop ceiling over bar has been removed leaving exposed wires and pipes over bar. Instructed to correct and maintain.

- comments: observed build up of grease, grime, and dirt on counters in toilet room and interior of microwave in basement. Instructed to detail clean and maintain.

- comments: observed burnt out lightbulbs in both toilet rooms. Instructed to repair or replace and maintain in good condition.

- comments: observed no food handler training certificates on site at time of inspection. Instructed all bartenders should complete food handler training and maintain records thereof on site at all times.

- comments: observed the following core violations not corrected from report #2352677 dated 12/3/2019: #10 ' instructed to provide handwashing signage at all handsink (behind bar and men/women washrooms). ' #51 'backflow preventer device not located behind ice machine. Instructed to install so that it can be located to be serviced and maintained. ' #53 ' instructed to provide toilet receptacle with lid/cover inside washrooms. ' instructed to correct and come into compliance. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090. No citation issued.
