- comments: observed no hot water at hand washing sinks in unisex washroom across from kitchen (79. 8f), boys east washroom (71. 8f) and girls east washrom(71. 6f). Instructed manager to provide at least 100f water at all hand washing sinks. Priority 7-38-030(c)

- comments: observed oover 20 mice droppings scattered on floor inside storage closet near workroom, 20 mice dropping scattered on floor and ledges in teacher's lounge, 20 mice droppings scattered on floor along walls and corners near kitchen play area and inside storage closet in pre-k 106. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority foundatio n 7-38-020(a)

- comments: observed right sinks not operable in girls and boys west washroom, middle sink not operable in girls east washroom. Instructed manager to repair and maintain.
