- comments: observed timed faucet not functioning properly at left sink in girls second floor washroom. Water must run continuously for at least 15 seconds before reactivating faucet.

- comments: observed no not water at hand washing sink in prep area (75. 2f), first floor staff washroom (73. 2f), first floor girls washroom (73. 2f), second floor girls washroom (72. 5f), second floor women staff washroom (74. 1f), second floor men staff washroom (74. 6f). Instructed manager to provide hot water at all hand washing sinks for proper hand washing. Priority 7-38-030(c)

- comments: observed over 60 mice droppings scattered on floor and shelves inside storage closet in pre-k 110. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a)
