Approximately 5 small flying insects flying around bread maker in kitchen.
High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit or above. In steam table: fried dumpling (110°F - Hot Holding). Per operator dumplings have been in unit less than 4 hours. Operator moved foods to warmer to reheat to 165°F **Corrective Action Taken**
