- comments: observed exposed handwashing sink in rear near ice machine has been made inaccessible the floor drain backing up when sink is turned on. Instructed to correct and maintain all exposed handwashing sinks in accessible manner for handwashing. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c). Citation issued.
