- comments: observed no handwashing signage at handsinks in all boys and girls' restrooms and staff toilet. Instructed person in charge to provide and maintain handwashing signage at all handsinks at all times.

- comments: observed stopped at third compartment on three-compartment sink not properly working. Instructed person in charge to repair and maintain.
48. Warewashing facilities: installed, maintained & used; test strips
- comments: observed three compartment sink backing up and grease trap overflowing. Observed back up when 1st compartment is drained with back up into middle compartment. Instructed person in charge to repair and maintain. Priority foundation #7-38-025.
