- comments: observed 3-component sink at bar not maintained. Observed water drainage backup at 3-component sink at bar. When running the water in one compartment, there is sewage backing up into the other two compartments. A sink with at least 3 compartments shall be provided and maintained for manually washing, rinsing, and sanitizing equipment and utensils. Must correct plumbing issue. 7-38-025. Priority foundation violation. Citation issued.
