- comments: observed front bar hand-wash sink not reaching minimum temperature requirements. Noted hot water at 92. 8 f at time of inspection. Instructed person in charge of hot water at all hand washing sinks must be at least 100�f. Priority violation #7-38-030(c). Citation issued.

16. Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
- comments: observed rear ice machine with a buildup of a pink slime substance on interior ice chute in direct contact with ice and dripping on ice stored below. Ice is used for human consumption. Instructed to remove ice, deep clean, and sanitize. Priority foundation violation #7-38-005. Citation issued

37. Food properly labeled; original container
- comments: noted dry ingredients and seasonings in kitchen stored in unlabeled containers. Instructed to provide labels of common names on all items removed from its original packaging.

39. Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage & display
- comments: observed several prep table shelves, racks and equipment in kitchen lined with aluminum foil. Instructed to remove. Use proper shelf liners that are non-porous and smooth and easy to clean

47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: noted cutting boards in kitchen prep coolers with deep stains and cuts. Instructed to deep clean/sanitize, sand and reseal or replace and maintain.
