- comments: observed no hand washing sign at hand washing sink in men washroom. Instructed manager to provide hand washing sign at al hand washing sinks used by employees.

- comments: observed food items stored on floor in prep and storage areas. Instructed manager to elevate all food items six inches off floor.

- comments: observed raw wood surfaces in bar area. Instructed manager to seal all raw wood surfaces and maintain.

- comments: observed food spills and debris on interior and exterior surfaces of cooking equipment, shelving units, coolers, and freezers. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.

- comments: observed condensation dripping into bucket inside walk-in cooler. Instructed manager to properly connect condensation waste line to floor drain.

- comments: previous core violations not corrected from report #2550193 on 2-24-23:51-no backflow prevention device on ice machine. Instd to provide and maintain same. 53-observed receptacle in women's restroom to not be covered. Instructed person in charge to obtain covered receptacle in women's toilet room. 55- observed outlets throughout facility to not be covered to be easily cleanable at this time. Instructed person in charge cover all outlets and make easy cleanable. Priority foundation 7-42-090 citation issued
