- comments: observed area between base of can open and table with accumulated residue. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.

- comments: observed no covered waste receptacle for feminine hygiene products in staff toilet room. Instructed manager to provide.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed missing, damaged and stained ceiling tiles with mold like apprearance in dine in area of kitchen. Instructed manager to repair and replace and maintain.
57. All food employees have food handler training
- comments: observed an expired food handler certificate. Instructed manager to provide a valid food handler certificate and maintain.
59. Previous priority foundation violation corrected
- comments: observed continued non-compliance from report #2556959 dated 6/8/2022. On site for re-inspection and hot water at kitchen hand sink is 139. 4f and hot water in staff toilet room is 140. 9f. Instructed manager that hot water can not exceed 120. 0f. Priority violation 7-42-090
