- comments: torn rubber door gaskets on the three door cooler across from the kitchen three compartment sink. Must replace.

- comments: door of box cooler behind the bar in poor repair and sealed with duct tape. Instructed to replace. -----must not use cardboard boxes as food containers inside coolers. Must be washable containers.

- comments: must not use tin foil as liner for shelving throughout. Must be smooth, cleanable surfaces.

- comments: observed the outside waste receptacles overflowing with bags of food waste and debris. Lids of containers unable to close and other debris on the surrounding ground. Instructed to remove all overflowing waste, remove debris and mattress from surrounding grounds. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(b) citation issued.

- comments: baseboard floor coving in the bar west side washroom in poor repair noted with open cracks and crevices. Instructed to seal/repair.
