- High Priority - Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. Observed rice and bean mix (58F - Cooling), macaroni and cheese (62F - Cooling); cooked chicken (46F - Cooling); goat (46F - 52F - Cooling) stored in the reach in cooler over night, as per operator. **Warning**

- High Priority - Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed Clorox wipes stored on top of prep area in the kitchen. Operator removed. **Corrected On-Site** **Warning**
