December 30, 2025 Pre-formed toxin We ordered lasagne and eggplant parm. The 3 of the party of 5 who ate the eggplant had symptoms while the other 2 were fine. Given the timing of the onset of symptoms, the symptoms and the duration, it's very likely that the eggplant parmesan was the offending dish. The 2 who didn't eat this didn't get sick. The pre-formed toxin suggests that the food wasn't kept cool or hot enough, prior to being served andperhaps poor handwashing by the preparing kitchen staff. Simple remedies can prevent this from harming others. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
