Report date: Feb 26, 202410. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed no hand washing signs or posters near hand washing sink at the produce rear prep area, rear meat grinder and second floor food prep area. Must provide and maintain.

- comments: observed rusty food storage shelving inside walk-in cooler and in 2nd floor food preparation area. Must repaint or replace.

- comments: observed cutting boards in meat counter area and 2nd floor kithen food prep area with open seems and dark stains. Instructed to refinish or replace damaged stained cutting boards.

- comments: observed dirt and debris in the interior of the microwave located behind butcher area. Must clean and maintain.

- comments: additional water pressure needed at the hand wahig sink in rear grinder food prep area. Must repair and maintain adequate water pressure.

- comments: must provide a self closing device at the men's washroom door and maintain/

- comments: observed outside garbage area not maintained. Observed outside garbage dumpsters overflowing preventing lids from closing properly. This is harborage and a food source for rodent. Must maintain garbage area adequately maintain at all time. Priority foundation violation 7-38-020(b) citation issued.

- comments: observed clutter and unucessary items in rear food storage area in 1st and 2nd floor. Must remove clutter and unnecessary items to prevent rodent harborage. Must store items in food storage area second floor elevated and organize at all times.
