- comments: inspector comments: 4-301. 12(a) : observed no 3- compartment sink on site to wear wash multi-use utensils that are used to cut fruit and vegetables only a residential size 2- compartment sink is located on site. Sink must be large enough to submerge the largest piece of equipment(hotel size pans). Must install and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-025)
