Buffet Illness: Severe Symptoms - Buffet, Cancún Quintana Roo

Saturday evening 9/25 we ate at the buffet for the first time. It was later in the evening around 8:30 so I can assume some of the food had been out for a while. About 1-2 hours later, I began with severe heart burn/chest pain, it progressively got worse, escalating to nonstop vomiting & diarrhea for about 12 hours. While the vomiting has subsided since, the nausea, diarrhea, and fatigue are still very present (9/29). I have been unable to eat anything beyond toast or soup since Saturday. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fatigue, Chest Pain
