Inspectors found a significant food safety violation involving pest activity. About 50 or more small flies were observed in and around the dishwashing area, food preparation areas, mop sink area, rear food cart storage area, and bakery area, including on walls and ceilings and flying around. A citation was issued for this violation.

Inspectors also noted that the hot holding units did not have ambient air thermometers available to monitor the temperature inside the equipment.
