10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed hot running water at women washroom handwashing sinks temperature 121. 2f-125. 6f at the time of inspection due to the cold water mixture/handle not working. Instructed to have hot and cold running water at a minimum temperature of 100f-120f at all hand wash sinks. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030 c citation issued

41. Wiping cloths: properly used & stored
- comments: observed wiping cloths stored on top of the prep tables in several prep areas. Management instructed to store all wet wiping cloths in a container of sanitizer when not in use.

47. Food & non-food contact surfaces cleanable, properly designed, constructed & used
- comments: found milk crates being used as shelving and for storage through all the bakery department prep areas. Instructed management to remove milk crates that are being used for shelving/storage from the premises and provide shelving/storage containers that are free of unnecessary crevices and designed/constructed to be easily cleanable.

- comments: observed debris on floors along walls and corners in prep and storage areas. Instructed manager to clean and maintain.
