- comments: observed no theremometer within deli cold hold units. Must install easy to read conspicuous thermometers within all cold holding units.

55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed floor tiles missing around floor drain in front of 3 compartment sink located in bakery. Replace floor tiles in order to prevent standing water. Observed ceiling vents unclean throughout facility. Clean all vents on ceiling and maintain.
