- comments: no procedure or supplies on site for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events. Instd to provide procedure and necessary supplies for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events(including effective sanitizer against norovirus). Priority foundation 7-38-005

10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: no hot running water under city pressure at handwash sinks in all toilet rooms (students and staff), temperatures ranging from 76. 0f-78. 0f. Instd to provide 100f-120f hot running water at all times. Violation 7-38-030 priority.

12. Food received at proper temperature
- comments: observed 2 large trays of cooked pasta at improper receiving temperature of 88. 0f-90. 0f upon arrival from cooking school. Instd to have receiving temperature of hot foods of 135f or above at all times. Pasta discarded and denatured at this time. Approx 20lbs $50 value. Priority violation 7-38-005.
