Must repair and maintain. #55-6-501. 12 : must clean the floors around ,under and behind cooking equipment to remove spills, debris and/or grease. Also floors inside the walk in cooler needs cleaning in the corners#56-. 6-501. 14 : must clean the hood and filters above the fryers and grill to remove grease and debris.
