- comments: observed the rear exit kitchen door being propped open for ventilation due to covid. Instructed to protect outer openings from pests and provide a screened tight-fitting door for ventilation or close said door.

- comments: no irreversible registering temperature indicators on-site to monitor internal temperature of the high-temperature dishwashing machine. Must provide. Priority foundation violation.
