- comments: noted no handwashing sink the tb macs dining room/food prep area used for special occasions. Instructed to install a handwashing sink with hot and cold running water, soap, and paper towels. Priority foundation violation 7-38-030(c) citation issued.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed the rear exit kitchen door being propped open for ventilation due to covid. Instructed to protect outer openings from pests and provide a screened tight-fitting door for ventilation or close said door.
48. Warewashing facilities: installed, maintained & used; test strips
- comments: no irreversible registering temperature indicators on-site to monitor internal temperature of the high-temperature dishwashing machine. Must provide. Priority foundation violation.

- comments: must not use cardboard as liner for the bottom shelving in the kitchen tall reach-in cooler. Surfaces must be smooth and cleanable.
