- comments: observed no hot water at hand washing sinks in lower level girls washroom (72. 4f), lower level unisex wasrhoom (72. 7f), thired floor boys washroom (76. 1f). Instructed manager to provide at least 100f water at all hand washing sijnks.

- comments: observed 1/4' gap between maint entrance doors. Instructed manager to seal all outer openings on doors to prevent pest entry.
