Observed 125 or more mice droppings on most wall outlet conduits, on multi-use utensils on dish storage shelves, on the floor next to 2- the door reach cooler, on ledge near & on pipes at the 3-compartment sink, on floor behind the unused prep cooler in rear prep area, inside of fryer cabinet, lower shelf of steam table, front service counter shelves and floor, on floor behind & rear ledges of booth seats, rear bar area ledges and floor, rear storage area. Also, live worm-like insects wiggling around in the floor drain in the main prep area, and small live flies flying around the dining area. Must remove droppings and clean and sanitize areas.
