- comments: observed no irreversible registering temperature indicator on the premises to measure the surface temperature of utensils inside of the dish machine. Management instructed to provide. Priority foundation violation 7-38-005. Citation issued.

- comments: repair the leak at the high-temperature dish machine.
53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: observed no covered waste receptacle inside the women's staff washroom in the main office. Management instructed to provide a covered waste receptacle inside all women's washrooms.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed a large piece of wood stored on the floor to cover the grease trap. Management instructed to cover the grease trap with a cleanable material.
