- comments: observed no exposed hand washing signs or posters near hand washing sink in front bar area. Must provide and maintain.
16. Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
- comments: observed slight discoloration inside the ice machine. Instructed to clean and sanitize.

- comments: all bulk foods not stored in their original container must be labeled with the product common name.
39. Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage & display
- comments: observed individual disposable cup used inside the cheese container to scoop cheese at the pizza cooler. Instructed to use spoon, tong or ladle to scoop cheese or any other product to prevent contamination.
41. Wiping cloths: properly used & stored
- comments: observed wiping cloths stored on top of prep tables in main kitchen food prep areas. Must properly store wiping cloths in a sanitizing solution when not in use.

- comments: observed raw wooden shelving in the basement food prep area. Must paint/seal and maintain. Surfaces must be smooth and easily cleanable surfaces.

- comments: observed exposed hand washing sink draining slow in basement food preparation area. Must repair and maintain.

- comments: observed broken ceiling light shileds covers in both employee washrooms located in the basement. Must repir/replace and maintain. Must clean dirt and debris on ceiling light shields above dishwashing area located on the basement. Must clean and maintain.
