Spicy Mix-Up: Severe Reaction - Chick-Fil-A, Cross Roads Texas

I ordered a chicken sandwich deluxe but they gave me spicy chicken with cheese, lettuce, tomato. I also ordered French fries and a chocolate milk shake but only took a sip of the shake. This was approximately at at 9 PM Ivw my to bed around 1 PM and was feeling increasingly nauseous. I fell immediately asleep but awakened at 1 PM with intense diarrhea and beyond dizzy to where I was almost passing out. I tried to lie down but then the vomiting came on and I was violently vimitong until the stomach was empty. The passing out sensation almost immediately stopped. My body temperature dropped and I had serious chills, strong leg cramps as I imagine this not only dehydrated the body but threw off my electrolytes. This morning I feel weak, lethargic and my stomach feels a little queasy. No appetite but have been rehydrating. I can’t imagine that I am the only one that got sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Dehydration, Weakness, Dizziness, Chills, Loss of Appetite
