- comments: observed 10 live roaches crawling on the wall and floor underneath the 3 comp sink in the kitchen. Must remove and detail clean affected area. Also call pest control for service. Priority foundation citation #7-38-020(a).
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: floors need cleaning in bewteen equipment to remove spills, debris and/or grease.
57. All food employees have food handler training
- comments: observed the food handler (waitress)on duty with out her food handler certificate. Instructed to comply as required or citations will follow.
58. Allergen training as required
- comments: observed the city certified manager without her allergen training as required. Must provide and maintain at all times onsite.
