I ordered Bacon Guac Crispy Chicken Sandwich with Swiss Cheese, Mayonnaise, Sliced Tomato, Bacon (2), Fresh Guacamole, Lettuce, French Fries and a Strawberry Lemonade.
After consuming 2 bites of the sandwich, I experienced nausea and stomach cramps followed a few hours later with uncontrollable diarrhea and vomiting. I am still experiencing symptoms 24 hours after consumption. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps
