I went to chili’s on January 4,2018 around 8pm and I ordered a 10oz steak, fries, and the Mexican rice .I also ordered a a 6oz steak, Mexican rice, and corn for my girlfriend. The next morning I woke up feeling nauseous, was getting abdominal cramping, started having diarrhea, I started getting fever I decided to take a nap. Woke up throwing up not even making it to the bathroom while having diarrhea. This was happening all day. My girlfriend was having the same symptoms as well. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
