- comments: observed dust build up on ventilation vent inside unisex employee washroom. Must clean and maintain.

- comments: previous core violations not corrected from report#2288743 on 05/13/2021. #53. Observed no covered waste receptacle in the employee washroom. Management instructed to provide. #57 observed food handling employees without a valid food handler certificate. Must show proof of training for all employees. Priority foundation violation 7-42-090.
