- comments: over 100 rodent droppings scattered on shelving units, rolling carts, prep tables, utility sink basin and floors along walls and corners in prep, storage, furnace, and dish washing areas. Instructed manager to call an exterminator for service, clean and sanitize all areas. Priority foundation 7-38-020(a) citation issued.

- comments: storage racks inside the reach/walk in coolers are rusty. Instructed to remove rust and maintain a rust free, smooth and easily cleanable surface.

Instructed to detail clean and maintain floors throughout. -the walls, ceiling tiles and vents with dirt, food and dust build up. Instructed to clean and maintain walls, ceiling and vents throughout.
