Ordered chicken wings, shrimp fried rice, and one shrimp egg roll on 8/20/19 evening. The food was not good at all and could not finish the meal. The morning of 8/21/19 I woke up with a severe headache, stomach pain, body pain, and had multiple bowel movements.
