Crab Rangoon Illness Report - Chinese, Gaylord Michigan

Friday May 27th evening around 4-5pm. I had some of their cheesey crab, spinach with cheese, crab rangoon, fried shrimp, some kind of pocket with jalapeño and I'm not sure what else in it. I also had a small salad of lettuce, black olives, mushrooms and ranch. I ended with a brownie.

My stomach started to bother me as i was finishing. I started feeling sick maybe 30 to 45 mins after. It really hit hard Saturday. I started having diarrhea, nausea and I vomited once. I've been sick all weekend with vomit sweats, chills, small fever, nausea, abdominal pain, headache and I gag like I am going to throw up no matter what I eat or drink. I no longer have diarrhea but would love for this to be over completely. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Headache, Chills
