- comments: observed raw wood shelving next to fryolator that is not smooth and easily cleanable. Seal or paint raw wood shelving.

Instructed to clean and maintain mentioned area. #56 employee personal bag must be stored away from food and food products. #57 no food handler training on site. Instructed to provide and maintain. #58 no allergen training certificates on site. All certified food managers need to show proof of allergen training.
