I ate a pork burrito, pinto white rice pica sour cream cheese guacamole and letteuce. I ordered it at 530 pm, ate it when I got home at 630, drank nothing but water and ate nothing as I tought my vocal class from 745-830. Got home around 845 and was vomitting while on the toilet moments after I came home. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
