Ate a steak burrito with corn, brown rice, black beans, cheese and green sauce on Friday Dec 11. Within 4 hours felt sick, had nausea & diarrhea - then vomited. Was sick for another 4 hours - couldn't eat until next day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
