Chicken Bowl Causes Illness - Chipotle,

We were at Chipotle in NE over Spring Break - Mar 2015
I got the same thing I always get - Chicken Bowl, light chicken, rice, mild salsa, sour cream, cheese & lettuce - I have never had an issue eating this meal before - that night 2am - felt like I was going to die over the extreme stomach pain & cramps I was experiencing.
